I’m disappointed at having to leave a slightly negative review but delivery was really very late. Naan bread almost inedible, 1/2 being burned & too tough to eat. The rest was as lovely as always. Hope tonight was a ‘once off’.

ordered about £40 of food via uber eats. didnt like any of the dishes..worst of all was the quality of meat. the lamb was a lump of gristle, the tandori chicken was okay but pretty dry. The salad was good. vindaloo ordered was supposedly chicken vindaloo (whether my error in ordering or otherwise) i didnt want a runny microwave container of blazing hot vindaloo sauce. i dont know anybody who would and it was drinkable. called politely queried the vindaloo issue. when told the order had gone through as suauce i asked for e refund. not given opportunity to return the product (consumer rights) i was told its not our fault. when protesting hung up on! i advised that if that were your restaurants we wont order again. we wont be recommending to others. really surprised that in these times your staff would loose customers rather than refund £4.99. we wont be returning. this was the worst meal we have ever received via take away,, really!

Had to wait almost two hours for our order last night! The phone line was off the hook so although called several times it was constantly engaged. When our food finally arrived there was no apology and the driver just shrugged saying that he was just the driver. Asked for out comments to be fed back to you but very much doubt if that happened. We get you we’re probably busy but if it’s going to take two hours please let customers know or at least have the decency to answer the phone. Not the first time this has happened either so maybe we need to fine someone more reliable - shame because the food is ok when it finally artives!

I've ordered for collection instead of delivery in error. Ive tried several times to contact the restaurant but the phone line is busy, and the link to Live Chat in the confirmation email does not work. Ive always found the food from this restaurant excellent, but it seems impossible to get support under the circumstances and seems likely it will be too late to cancel and re-order.

Absolutely disgusted - ordered my food and took my money at 7:30pm. Delivery expected at 8:45 and now at 9:33pm no food and yet app says it been delivered. Call you and you’re engaged. call me immediately please on 07713 501543!!!!

Hello, we waited two hours for our order and were given no apology. Whilst the food was good, there was a hair in each of our dinners. Which ruined a treat night night in...disappointed as we usually love you guys but will think again next time.
